Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and us, the people who run vint-agent at https://vintagent.app. By creating a vint-agent account or using the extension, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
What vint-agent is
vint-agent is a browser extension and website for Vinted sellers. The extension adds a panel to Vinted’s pages. From it you can relist, back up and bulk edit your listings, answer buyers and handle orders.
vint-agent is independent from Vinted
vint-agent isn’t made by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vinted. “Vinted” is Vinted’s trademark; we use the name only to say what the extension works with. Vinted gives us no permission, support or guarantee, and its support team can’t help you with vint-agent.
The extension uses Vinted’s website the way your browser does. Vinted can change its website at any time. When that happens, a feature can stop working until we update it.
Your vint-agent account
- You must be at least 18.
- Use an email address you can read, and keep your password to yourself.
- An account is for one person. You can link any number of Vinted accounts that you own or are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your Vinted account
The extension acts on Vinted as you, from your own Vinted tab: when you start an action, or through an Autopilot automation you have switched on.
- You are responsible for following Vinted’s terms and rules when you use vint-agent, including any rules about automated tools, bulk actions and messages to other members.
- Using automation carries a risk. Vinted can slow down, limit, suspend or close accounts, or ask for security checks, for example when it sees many actions in a short time. We can’t change Vinted’s decisions and aren’t responsible for them. Keep your batches and automations at a pace you are comfortable with.
- Check the settings before you start a batch. The button says how many items it will touch.
- An Autopilot automation keeps running from any open Vinted tab until you switch it off. The messages and offers it sends are the ones you set up, and they are sent as you.
- A relist deletes the listing and creates a new one. The old listing’s favourites, views and link are lost.
- Deleting a listing or a conversation in vint-agent also deletes it on Vinted.
Acceptable use
Don’t use vint-agent to:
- act on a Vinted account you don’t own or aren’t allowed to manage;
- send spam, harass buyers or other members, or post anything illegal or misleading;
- get around your plan’s limits, share an account, or copy, resell, reverse engineer or attack the service;
- put so much load on our servers or on Vinted that it harms the service for others.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first and say why.
Plans and limits
- The Free plan costs nothing. The paid plans, their prices and their monthly limits are on the pricing page.
- Limits are counted per calendar month (UTC) and reset on the 1st, on monthly and yearly plans alike. Unused uses don’t carry over. When you reach a limit, that feature stops until the 1st or until you upgrade.
- “Unlimited” means no monthly cap, within the acceptable use above.
- AI features are only on the plans that list them.
Subscriptions and billing
- Payments are handled by Stripe. A paid plan is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can change plan or cancel at any time in the billing portal, from the account page. When you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then changes to Free. No further payments are taken.
- If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then.
- Apart from the withdrawal right below, and where the law says otherwise, we don’t refund the rest of a period you cancel.
Withdrawal and refunds (consumers in the EU and UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason.
A paid plan starts as soon as you pay. By subscribing, you ask us to start it straight away, within the 14 days. If you then withdraw, we refund what you paid, minus an amount in proportion to the days you had the paid plan before you told us. We refund within 14 days of your notice, to the card you paid with.
To withdraw, email support@vintagent.app from the address on your account and say that you are withdrawing from your subscription. You can use this wording: “I withdraw from my contract for the vint-agent [plan] subscription, ordered on [date].” Deleting your account or cancelling in the billing portal isn’t a withdrawal on its own, so email us within the 14 days as well.
AI features
AI features are run for us by Anthropic. AI suggestions, listings and rewrites can be wrong. Read them before you send or publish them. What you send to buyers and publish on Vinted is your responsibility.
Backups
We keep your backups while your account is open. We work to keep them safe, but we can’t promise they will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose, for example with the CSV export in the Backups tab.
Your content
You own the listings, photos, notes and messages you use with vint-agent. You let us store and process them only to provide the service to you.
Affiliate programme
The affiliate programme is by invitation. If we make you an affiliate, the discount your code gives and the commission you earn are shown on your account page, and we pay commission as we agree with you. Don’t use your own code, and don’t promote it with spam or misleading claims. We can end an affiliate’s code if these terms are broken.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features. We don’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors. If we remove a main feature of a paid plan during a period you have paid for, you can cancel and we refund the unused part of that period.
Liability
We provide vint-agent as it is and as available, as far as the law allows.
We are not responsible for:
- what Vinted does, including limiting or closing your Vinted account, or changing its website;
- listings, favourites, views or conversations lost through actions you started or automations you switched on;
- sales or profit you lose, or other indirect loss;
- loss we couldn’t reasonably foresee, or that was caused by events outside our control.
Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or any other liability that the law says can’t be limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says can’t be limited.
Ending
You can stop using vint-agent at any time. Delete your account in the panel’s Settings or on the account page; it cancels a paid plan straight away, with no refund for the rest of the period (unless you withdraw, as above). If you can’t sign in, email support@vintagent.app. We can end these terms if you break them, as described under “Acceptable use”.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. We tell you about important changes by email or in the panel at least 30 days before they apply. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
Law and disputes
Nothing in these terms takes away the protections the consumer law of the country where you live gives you, including the right to take a dispute to your local courts.
These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English version applies.
